Intergroup was established in 1985, and is currently owned by Dyarco International Group, which in turn is owned by Ebrahim Al Neama and Sons Holding Group (ENHG)

Dyarco International Group (Dyarco) (www.dyarco.com) was originally founded in 1992.  After the restructuring of ownership in January, 2021, Dyarco became a fully owned subsidiary of the Ebrahim Al Neama & Sons Holding Group (owned by Mr Ebrahim Al Neama).
